Beyond Burnout: Professional Resilience and Sustainability for BIPOC Mental Health Professionals
In the demanding field of mental health care, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) professionals face unique challenges that can impact their well-being. This comprehensive presentation is designed to address the critical need for radical self-care among BIPOC mental health professionals. Participants will explore strategies to nurture their mental, emotional, and physical health while acknowledging and navigating the systemic stressors they encounter. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and evidence-based techniques, this course empowers BIPOC professionals to prioritize their self-care, build resilience, and sustain their passion for helping others.
