What Are Our Clients Saying...

Client Testimonials

VP, Quality and Customer Experience At Public Health Nonprofit

The future of social worker depends on our ability to be prepared and balanced, especially in such strange times, and along with our awesome education and recruitment staff we now have a new tool at our disposal to be even more supportive to our staff while supporting their wellness.

Training & Development Officer with the City of Philadelphia

The workforce for social workers has always been emotionally difficult, and the violence in Philadelphia only accelerated the level of burnout. This created the need for us to be able to offer training for social workers who work in the community. But the pandemic also put a pause on all of that.

The success of this new online training program expands our ability to attract and retain some of the best and diversity talent and to take care of our families now and in the future.

Trainer and Consulting with the City of Philadelphia

These courses are great for new, current, and even long-term supervisors who never received adequate training. This is also great for professionals not in the field of social work. I'm not sure how this could be done, but I see this as a great resource for graduating social workers and see the potential for you to partner with colleges, Universities, and even NASW.

Past Therapy Client

As an educated, Christian, African American woman I approached the ideal of therapy very skeptical at best. Yet, my life had spiraled out of control and it left me angry, alone, and anxious all the time. I knew I needed help but even as I arrived for my first session I was devising a plan to never return. During our first session Sharea made me feel so safe that I began to do something I had never done before – admit that I needed help because it was all too much to handle alone. I left the first session feeling lighter and with hope that it could get better. Many sessions later, with hard work and guidance from Sharea, I have found that I am living a completely different life full of joy, peace, contentment, love, friends and family. I cannot thank Sharea enough for investing in my wellness and helping to bring order and healing.

A Director of Operations and Youth Development

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for everything that you poured into me during our executive coaching sessions. The things I learned have already proven to be invaluable to me in my leadership role at Hopeworks.

Training & Development Officer with the City of Philadelphia (Dept. 2)

"With over 600 staff primarly people of color on the front lines during COVID-19 pandemic each day, we have constantly examined ways to improve how we support staff, prevent futrher burnout, and engage with our workforce to ensure that the vulnerable families of Philadelphia who depend on us receive quality care.

Partnering with RS Wellness to deliver quality, employee support and on-demand training for our staff is one of the highlights of this focused initiative."
