We work to improve Employee Wellness, Justice Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and Trauma-Informed Practices. We incorporate Empowerment, Enrichment, and Education. This unique style creates transformative experiences whether working with your executive leadership team, your supervisors and managers, staff, or the entire organization. RS Wellness has developed employee resilience plans, and trauma-informed care programs for state and public health agencies and educational groups both locally and nationally.
In our recent projects, we have been responsible for leading the development of the Racial Equity Committee, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and trauma-informed supervision in both Philadelphia and New Jersey-based public health and nonprofit agency. This led to assisting both agencies with the development of their trauma-informed and diversity and inclusion strategies.
Sharea provides in-person and phone coaching for those highly motivated to execute change. Her clients include executives, professionals, spiritual leaders, and individuals seeking healing and wellness within the agency or system.
How Do We Work
We work with individuals, groups, or organizations to develop a clear direction for their business design, strategic planning, expansion, and/or executive coaching related to our areas of expertise. Using comprehensive need assessments, we evaluate needs, provide clear recommendations to act as a guide for the development of appropriate services for project success.
