We are in Cinnaminson on Route 130, directly across from Pep Boys. Our office is in the Jefferson Building. The office is located on the main floor and off-street parking is available in the front. If we’re meeting on a weekend and you don’t see any cars in the parking lot, don’t panic and assume we’re not there. Sometimes we walk to the office.

We accept insurance from Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ and Aetna members.
We also offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients. Currently, our sliding scale spaces are full.
How do I pay?
Full payment or co-payment is expected at the time services are rendered. As of Jan. 2020, we are a NO CASH office. We accept checks or credit cards. After any bounced checks, you will no longer be eligible to use checks for payment.
We hope you will partake in our on-demand courses and attend the webinars you purchase. We want to support your professional journey. However, we do not offer refunds for any of our courses, webinars, or other learning events under any circumstances. All sales for our programs are final. We encourage you to independently verify that your licensing authority will accept our courses, although our authorization statements are accurate and valid.
All complaints and grievances are reviewed by the social work consultant within 10 working days. Formal grievances are required to be written and will be responded to within 10 business days. please email [email protected] to submit formal complaints.
For live webinars, attend the full live webinar and complete the course evaluation. Once you complete the course evaluation, you will receive a certificate within 7-10 business days. You will then have the opportunity to save, download, or print your completion certificate.

Absolutely. Our on-demand courses feature closed-captioned video content, and our live webinars also feature closed-captioning. If there is an additional tool, service, or support that would make our content more accessible to you, please email us at [email protected] and let us know.
Nope, All are welcome to attend our webinar and course! The license number requirement during registration is a logistical process. Our certificates of completion are auto-generated after completion, and the participant’s license number needs to be in our system for the certificate to generate the correct license information. Therefore, to make the process seamless, we made it a registration requirement. When filling out the license number, you can simply put “unlicensed” or “N/A”.

Address common questions ahead of time to Participants must have an Unlimited CE course membership or have paid the registration fee for webinars, viewed the entire course, and completed a quiz with a score of 75% or higher to receive a certificate with CE credits. Partial credit is not available. Certificates will be available following quiz completion.
