Available Positions

Outpatient Therapist (Full-time/Part-time/Fee for Service)

The Psychotherapist is responsible for providing individual, group, and couples therapy to clients on a weekly basis. They will maintain electronic files with current notes, contact information, and treatment plans as part of the responsibilities. The psychotherapist will also be responsible for wellness training (ie. Vicarious Trauma, Burnout, Self-care, etc).

Requirements

  • New Jersey/Pennsylvania full licensure in good standing( LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
  • Passion for working within the cultural framework of our client’s needs
  • Ability to utilize electronic client management system and basic computer skills
  • Bilingual strongly preferred
  • Satisfactory completion of professional references, criminal background, and driving record checks.

Highlights:

  • Maintain client demographic info with an electronic system
  • Create and maintain diagnostic progress and treatment plans on a regular basis
  • Meet with supervisor for case reviews

  • Maintain a caseload of 10-12 weekly sessions (contractor)
  • Two evenings or weekend availability
  • Part-time hours per week to full-time hours are available depending on the role.

Compensation

The 40-hour/week, full-time, compensation is starting at $30-$70 /per hour depending on experience.

The part-time/fee for service, position compensation is based on experience.

Social Work Continuing Education Trainer/Consultant  (Contractor)

This Trainer is responsible for developing and training courses geared towards continuing education for social workers, marriage and family therapists, and professional counselors. The training courses will be on an as-needed basis in person and/or online. RSCWC will require the trainer to get each course approved by our reviewing social worker on staff.

Requirements
  • Licensure in good standing: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (negotiable with excellent training experience)
  • At least three examples of previous course presentations or classroom experiences.
  • Passion for delivering continuing education courses within the cultural framework of our audience’s needs
  • Ability to utilize electronic google docs, spreadsheets and slides and/or  management systems and basic computer skills

Trainer/Consultant  (Contractor)

This Trainer/Consultant will be responsible for creating and developing training assignments geared towards Trauma-Informed Approach and/or Equity, Anti-Racism, and other Wellness or Social Justice topics. The training courses will be on an as-needed basis in person and/or online.

Requirements
  • Licensure in good standing: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (negotiable with excellent training experience)
  • Ability to utilize electronic google docs, spreadsheets and slides, and/or  management systems and basic computer skills

Project Specialist (EDI and/or TIC)

The Project Specialist hybrid NJ/PA position is a salary position and is eligible for benefits such as paid time off and health insurance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attend internal & external planning meetings
  • Create, Revise and/or update curricula based on project needs and participant feedback 
  • Generate resources for consulting projects such as prep meeting agendas, handouts, a summary of sessions, etc. 
  • Develop, update, and manage a curriculum that is client-specific, reviewing best practices and competitors as necessary
    • Know and utilize best practices for service delivery and curriculum creation
    • Adhere to our Curriculum Development Guidelines
  • Facilitate/Train pre-recorded, virtual, and/or in-person training as needed 
  • Lead individual or group coaching sessions by identifying the goals of the project, providing techniques specific to the project’s needs, and recommendations following the end of the coaching process
  • Perform weekly webinars/workshops in areas of expertise and/or review and support contractors' events.

EDI & Trauma-Focused Specifics 

  • Facilitate and create content for sessions on specific topics such as trauma-informed care, trauma, vicarious trauma, self-care, wellness, racial equity, racial trauma, inclusion, inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, etc. 
  • Lead assessments, evaluations, surveys, focus groups, and interviews during EDI and Trauma-Informed projects
  • Create a safe environment during each workshop or project engagement by demonstrating an understanding of diverse backgrounds.  

Qualifications

  • Preferred Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or Mental Health/Public Health degrees negotiable
  • Ability to utilize cloud management system and basic computer skills - RSCWC is a paperless office
  • 3+ years of coaching and training facilitation in Trauma-Informed, Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while also working as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • A detail-oriented person with a high standard for excellence
  • Strong understanding of effective facilitation methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to remain current on new techniques in facilitation and area of expertise
  • Flexible schedule 

Compensation

This is a 40-hour/week, full-time, salaried position with taxes withheld. The compensation starts at $55,000/year depending on experience.
