5 Week Series
- This series is geared towards providing practical emotional wellness tips for girls 15-17 years old.
- The participants will leave each week with practical tools needed to navigate life and maintain positive emotional health.
WORKSHOP OUTLINE!
Week One: Participants will learn to acknowledge and evaluate their emotional wellness while learning how to express and it impacts their self-love!
Week Two: Participants will learn to overcome pain, while developing the tools to ask for support, be proactive in their healing and set boundaries.
Week Three: Participants will learn to develop emotional RESILIENCE, set goals and maintain CONFIDENCE on their journey.
Week Four: Participants will learn to develop a self-care plan that addresses their emotional health and self-image.
Week Five: Participants will close the series by learning the importance of forgiveness, planning for their emotional health and freedom to shine!
