Description

The course delves into the world of consensual non-monogamy(CNM). This course explores the principles, challenges, and rewards of CNM relationships. This course is designed for mental health professionals seeking to gain a better understanding of this alternative relationship structure and how they can clinically and ethically support clients who are interested in or currently practicing the lifestyle.

Participants will explore key terminology, examine common myths and biases, and learn therapeutic approaches that validate relationship diversity while addressing relational challenges. Special attention will be given to intersectionality, communication dynamics, and the therapist’s role in providing ethical care.
