The 30 Days of Joy Prompts Guided Journal was created based on my recent journey of maintaining and acknowledging joy in times of pushback and efforts to change the world! As a therapist, I discovered that many of my clients of color were engaged in social justice efforts, maintaining their professional roles and feeling exhausted by the impact of white supremacy. This prompted our sessions to end with a Justice and Joy moment.
