All of the exercises and activities are adapted from my work to help others navigate negative emotions, change habits, and determine how to maintain success on their healing journey. This workbook is not intended to substitute for therapy but to enhance the experience and build your mental health on the healing journey. You will receive a physical copy that allows you to make copies as you go through different work areas.
This workbook includes key summaries on areas to support your work. Those summaries include a brief discussion on the concept of joy, changing unhealthy practices, stages of change, and a few solution-focused techniques that have been helpful in my use with clients trying to make significant lifestyle changes. Each key summary has worksheets and/or journal prompts to assist with intentional efforts to change, grow, and learn as you recover from trauma.
