List 5 things you’re grateful for day.
I practice gratitude for a few minutes a day. Each day I list 5 things for which I am grateful. Some are big and others are small. From my favorite cup of tea, or like my husband totally supporting my opening a private practice. Over time this helps change feelings about how full life is and how much you have to appreciate.
