Alexis Frederick-Bouy is a Sexologist, Adjunct Professor, and Mental health Therapist.
Alexis’ educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Bloomsburg University, a Master of Arts in Community Psychology and Social Change from Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Arts in Human Sexuality Studies from Widener University.
She served the mental health community for over ten years focusing on family dynamics emphasizing attachment, communication, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and resource building. Alexis' passion is to educate and empower individuals to live a fulfilling life by challenging survival thinking and living patterns and replacing them with thriving patterns.
Alexis is a wife and mother of two. Alexis is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.
